Coldplay dominated at the World Music Awards

The band grabbed the “Best Rock Artist of the Year” award and “Viva La Vida” was annonced “Best Selling Record”.
Among the winners were Leona Lewis, who won the “Best New Artist” and “Best Pop Singer” award, Alicia Keys (“Best R’n’B” Singer”) and Kid Rock for “Best Pop Rock Artist”.
Concerning Amy Winehouse, she was the one with the “Best Pop/ Rock Singer” statuette.
The leading winners were awarded by Mariah Carey, Beyonce and Ring Star (The Beatles).
Prospekt’s March is out in the markets now.
Prospekt’s March EP was released on 19th November and is now available for purchase. The cover of the new project is yet another picture of Delacroix – “The Battle of Poitiers”.

Indeed, this EP is a collection of the songs, excluded from the actual album plus new versions of “Lost!” and “Lovers in Japan”. “Postcards from Far Away” and “Glass of Water” has been performed during the concert shows of the “Viva La Vida” tour.
There are few more songs unreleased: “Lunar”, for example, is a track featuring Kylie Minogue but for Chris Martin it was too sexy to become part of the “Viva La Vida” conception. But, however, it would be included in the next studio album, which is due to be ready for the fans in 2009.
